The story began with Eléonore Philizot, who was both farmer and a wine producer, and was known for her excellent cuisine as well as her hospitality. Now the fourth generation of wine producers, Stéphane and Virginie created their company in 2002. They try to share Eléonore’s love of life through their Champagne.

The makeup of this range of Champagne consists of a mixture of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The grapes are carefully selected with a rigorous selection process taking into account the whole history of each harvest.
